The Project
Initial Systems delivered a full refurbishment of the school’s Multi‑Use Games Area, transforming a worn‑out surface into a safe, modern, all‑weather sports facility. The six‑week programme included excavation of the existing playground, installation of a new permeable MOT Type 3 and porous asphalt binder course, and fitting a high‑performance 2G artificial grass system with shock pad and full sports line‑marking.
Works also included new basketball systems, netball posts, tennis equipment, fencing renewal, and full reinstatement of surrounding areas. Project was completed within budget and to programme.
